Your enquiry information — SemCue

We use the details you share to understand your enquiry and reply using your chosen contact method. For questions about your information, email [email protected].

What you send

Your name, a description of what you need, your preferred reply channel and the contact details for it. Your project website and detailed brief are optional. Please do not include passwords, payment details or someone else’s personal information.

How we use your enquiry

Your enquiry is saved in a private area on SemCue’s existing server and passed to Resend to email the owner at [email protected]. Resend processes the contents for that delivery. You are not added to a mailing list and no automated email is sent to you.

Storage and questions

The server copy is deleted after 30 days. Copies in the mailbox and with the email provider are stored separately; this deletion does not automatically remove them. To ask about, correct or delete your enquiry information, contact the address above. If the conversation continues by email, WhatsApp or Telegram, the chosen service also processes that correspondence.

The form fields are not sent to site analytics. Running the site and delivering email may involve technical information being processed by the network infrastructure. This notice describes enquiries sent through this form.
